You are dynamic, engaging, and articulate. Have you ever thought, “Why don’t I just do this for a living?” Now you CAN. Lead the way – our students turn to you for guidance, inspiration, and support from enrollment through their first 60 days to stay on track!
Essential Functions:

Supports 60-80 Members at a time (over the course of their first 60 days)
Provides specific support knowledge of offering (real estate)
Provides in depth direction towards specific content, resources, and accountability towards goals
Proactively follow up with members to ensure successful completion of courses through initial, routine and follow up phone and email communication.
Documentation of weekly ‘member journey tags’ in the categories of: Onboarding, Community/Network, Content, Activity, Success, Network, Internal happiness with progress.
Working close with the Community Coordinators, Content team, Sales team, and Coaches
Advise and educate members on additional upgrades, mastermind events, and/or different mentorships New Reach offers.

Qualifications:

Real Estate Investing Knowledge (or fast learner)
Customer service and/or member services, a plus
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Experience/knowledge of online education
Strong time management and organizational skills
