Job Description : Gunsmith/Metalsmith – Hamilton, MontanaVery Busy Well-Known Shop nestled in the Rocky Mountains of Montana is looking for new Talent, Individual must be very DETAIL oriented and willing to learn. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is proficient and shows extreme care about minute details. We Specialize in removing Impacts, abrasion, erosion and corrosion on various metal surfaces. Knowledge in gunsmithing and abrasive papers is preferred. Our Craftsmen are the best in the business. No tool requirement necessary. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn is mandatory.Wage:$16-22 per hour to start & DOEKnowledge of: Abrasive Papers (220-2500 Grit)Metal WorkingWood WorkingParts FabricationMachinist SkillCommon Tasks: Metal PolishingAssemble and Dissemble FirearmsInspect, Clean and Lubricate FirearmsRemove Corrosion from Metal Gun PartsRepair Damaged GunsAdd Custom or Aftermarket Parts, such as Swivels, Recoil Pads, Sights,Scopes, Grips and Stocks.Touch Up Engravings and Other Markings.
