The Boeing Helena Production Systems Training team is seeking a Training Analyst to coordinate/collaborate with managers and team leads to establish a training schedule, Create and manage learning activities, assist with integrating a learning standard and culture and creating/maintaining learning reports for all teams at the Helena site. This role will also be required to establish existing training admin/scheduling processes and procedures that align with the organizational standards and best practices.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Create and manage learning activities,
Assist with integrating a learning standard and culture and creating/maintaining learning reports for all teams at the Helena site.
Required to establish existing training admin/scheduling processes and procedures that align with the organizational standards and best practices.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience as an Staff/ training analyst or scheduling admin
Experience with Microsoft Suites ( Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with schedule and process management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
Experience working as a training admin or scheduler in the production system training organization or L&D.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
