Job Description : Overview:

Coach riders and guide them around the downhill trails at Big Sky Resort. Safety and guest service are priorities in leading biker groups of a wide skill set and age range
Responsibilities:

Assist with equipment maintenance, rentals and sales, and trail maintenance.
Guiding requires the use of considerable judgment to adapt methods and procedures to changing situations and environments
Qualifications:
Able to independently lead group mountain bike rides/tours and supervise safety of guests and self
Able to work in potentially extreme weather conditions and manage rocky, rough and uneven trails while exerting considerable physical effort
Knowledge and experience in bike maintenance for trailside repairs
All Mountain Bike Guides must have their own downhill or enduro mountain bike, helmet, and pads
Previous downhill and cross-country mountain biking experience
