Key Responsibilities

#1 responsibility is working safely each and every shift
Sweep and shovel sawdust and wood shavings into cleanup hoppers
Climb ladders to elevated work areas and to work in enclosed areas
Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a very good, current, verifiable work history and a proven safety record in a fast-paced production environment
Excellent safety performance and attendance are key requirements
Must be able to read, understand, and follow all safety rules and policies
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Must possess the ability to read, understand, and follow all safety rules and policies
Must possess computer literacy, mechanical reasoning skills and problem solving skills
Must be able to work at elevated levels in confined spaces
Must be able to read and understand a tape measure and perform basic math skills
Must be able to work either an 8-hour or 10-hour day work day Monday through Friday
Weekend and rotating shift work will be required after moving to production positions (6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am)
Pre-employment drug screen and physical required
