Position : National Account Manager
Job Description : As a National Account Manager at Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of national account clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, the National Account Manager liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. With our franchises, Clintar is committed to future growth through access to our shared resources, outstanding franchise opportunities and environmentally conscious business strategies.Your objectives will include: Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersWorking to increase revenue from existing clients in cross-selling / upselling servicesHelp customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and, when appropriate, in person meetingsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularlyForecast and track key account metricsWork with our proposal writer to deliver best in class proposals using the input obtained from all sources in a concise, responsive, logical fashion while ensuring that the information provided complies with the specificationsUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsResponsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisMonitor and analyze customer’s usage of our servicesResponsible to onboard and integrate new clients in partnership with the Director of SalesLiaise between the customer and internal teamsAccount Manager Requirements and QualificationsExperience in commercial outdoor services or related fields preferred, but not mandatory.Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant roleBachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant fieldSolid experience with Salesforce and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including decision-level.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsOther:Salary: $70 – $80 plus annual bonus with commission on upsell.Flexible work arrangement (home & office)Car allowanceCell phone and laptop suppliedBenefits are available after 3 monthsVacation: 3 weeks – negotiableJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus payCommission payBenefits:Dental careEmployee assistance programExtended health careOn-site parkingVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:There are Hepa filters in the office to provide a clean indoor air quality, surfaces are being sanitized, employees wear masks at all times unless they are seated at their desks, we have implemented a vaccine policy.Experience:Sales Account Executives & Managers: 1 year (preferred)
