Starting pay rate is competitive based on experience and work ethic.In this role, you’ll handle a variety of office administrator tasks like handling inbound calls, managing orders, coordinating technician schedules, and handling various types of documentation. Each day, you’ll use your customer service mindset as well as your strong attention to detail. Some of the detail work you’ll handle includes tasks with QuickBooks, processing orders, and coordination of a complex schedule. Not only will you need to ensure each customer request is taken care of, but you’ll also be looking ahead and anticipating problems so you can work that into your schedule management.Administrative Assistant Requirements:At least 1 year of recent office administrative experienceStrong attention to detail and excellent customer service skillsVery reliable and excellent attendance history in previous positionsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $51,000.00-$54,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee assistance programEmployee stock purchase planFlexible scheduleSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
