A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
As an Office Administrator, you play an essential role in performing a variety of administrative and bookkeeping (with some accounting) duties to help our business operate smoothly. Using your knowledge about accounting functions, you help keep the daily activities running smoothly. In addition, you interact with other departments throughout the resort as well as scan, distribute, and file paperwork associated with this position.
At times, you engage with guests while providing excellent customer service to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our resort, encouraging them to keep coming back. You also communicate with other employees and vendors to make sure all services are running smoothly, and our admin duties are taken care of. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Experience with accounting and bookkeeping
