Position : Office Assistant

Job Description : Treehouse Communities is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities throughout the US. We are currently seeking a full-time employee to assist with the day-to-day operations of a mobile home community.
The office assistant position is responsible for:

Helping show homes to potential residents
Growing/maintaining community occupancy
Helping manage all required new tenant documentation
Helping collect monthly rent/fees as needed
Helping enforce community rules as needed
Helping ensure the appearance of the property is safe, neat, & welcoming
Assisting the manager with any other assigned tasks as required.

The ideal candidate has some experience in leasing, multi-family property management or an office environment of sorts, is proficient in basic Microsoft applications, is detail-oriented and provides excellent customer service to tenants.
