Position : Office Manager and Human Resources

Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Manager. This position will oversee our administrative and HR operations and serve as the right-hand person to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Attention to detail, high integrity, and internal drive are a must. Manager must be able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information. Will oversee company operations, HR duties, Payroll, categorize expenses and be the face of the company to employees and outside organizations.
Responsibilities include:
· Onboarding new employees
· Payroll on a bi-monthly using Paycom
· Ordering uniforms as needed
· Arranging travel when necessary
· Handling healthcare and other business insurance matters
· Managing company information in websites such as Sam.gov, VetBiz.gov, GovWin, Unanet, CPARS, and VA.gov
· Corporate Insurance paperwork and administration
· Health Insurance coordination with United Health Care and COBRA
· Strong familiarity with Unanet, Paycom, Employee Navigator
· Manage and Administer Outlook in Office 365
· Manage Indeed and other recruiting websites
· Watch receivable and contact customers when they become delinquent
Required Skills:
· High level of communication via email and phone
· Experience with Government contracting
· Skilled with interviewing, recruitment, and candidate selection expertise
· Knowledge of recruitment sites like Indeed, how to navigate and use to best advantage
· Familiarity of payroll process and experience in running a payroll system
· Ability to track business needs and handle accordingly
· Knowledge and experience using Government sites such as Sam.gov and CPARS
· HR knowledge and experience in following an onboarding and termination process
· Knowledge and experience working with insurance broker and implementing healthcare needs
· Tracking employees and keeping up to date with their individual needs, vacation accrual, and healthcare
· Maintain State accounts for quarterly taxes and end of year renewal
· Maintain 8(a) account and interface with the Small Business Administration (SBA)
Your primary goal is to keep our office running efficiently. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of administrative assistant or HR experience and knows how to manage the different administrative needs of a growing office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
