Colorado Springs Winair (The Company), a leading supplier of wholesale HVAC supplies for residential and commercial construction, is seeking qualified candidates for our Office Manager position.

Inside/Counter Sales Compensation:

Salary: $20.00-$plus per hour based on experience
Profit Sharing: This position will be eligible for the profit-sharing plan determined annually. This BONUS program generally yields at LEAST an annual bonus of $1500.00 or more for employees that meet the requirements to receive bonus pay
Group Medical Insurance: The Company has available a full family medical insurance plan which includes prescription medication, as well as an optional health savings account. Vision and dental are available at additional low cost through or national plan.
Vacation: Employees are eligible to accumulate 10 days paid time off per year for the first 5 years of employment. Vacation rollover is available per Colorado State law. At 5 years employment the employee can earn up to 15 days paid vacation

Office Manager Job Summary:
Office manager will accurately and expeditiously process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), vendor invoice reconciliation (VIR), purchase order tracking, manages price files, manages customer & vendor databases, and reconcile daily transactions. Office manager will courteously communicate with coworkers, customers, and vendors to facilitate job functions. Additional duties involve assisting company president with general business operations.
Office Manager Responsibilities:

Accurately process AP, AR, & VIR utilizing Winsupply proprietary software
Track purchases orders utilizing a variety of third-party software
Maintain customer and vendor information databases
Reconcile daily sales, cash drawers, & bank deposits while following prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures
Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description
Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she meets
Assist in keeping office space clean and orderly

Office Manager Requirements:

Must have at minimum a basic working knowledge of general accounting procedures
Excellent computer skills to include, Word, Excel, PDF, & Google Workspace
Must have the ability to learn new software quickly
Strong phone presence and experience
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must have a clean driving record
Must have the ability to pass drug tests

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
