Job Description : Title of Position: Office Manager / Sr Administrator
Position Type Full -time position based out of the Aurora office location
Summary of Position:
The Sr Administrator plays a central and key role within Frontier Business Products’ office administration. Success in this position depends on professionalism, superior organization and time management as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to identify problems, analyze information and develop conceptual solution to complex challenges is essential.
Harmoniously work with others in order to promote teamwork. Assist team members in developing and achieving goals for improving productivity and skill levels. Report any problem areas concerning administrative processes. Brainstorm solutions for those issues. Support other departments in routine/special assignments.
Essential Functions
· Oversight and coordination of general business activities within office including supervising of office personnel
· Oversee order processing for parts and supplies orders.
· Generating a variety of reports for managers and executive management.
· Accurately input data into various software programs.
· Monitor incoming telephone calls and transfer/assignment to appropriate staff member to ensure customer satisfaction
· Handle general administrative support for staff including personnel and timecard records, and various accounting functions.
· Must have effective interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Able to effectively communicate at a professional level with excellent oral and written communication skill
· Perform special projects as assigned
Working Environment and Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
· Working conditions are normal for an office environment
Minimum Requirements
· 2 -3 years of directly related experience required.
· 2 -3 years ERP software experience
· High School diploma or GED, additional college accounting classes preferred/Bookkeeping experience a plus.
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Hiring: Salary depends on experience starting at $60,000 to $68,000/year
Job Type: Full-time
