Job Description : Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Office Manager actively leads the Company’s office operations and administration, to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative and customer service processes, accounts receivable, and human resources administration.The majority of work will be performed in person at our Etobicoke, ON office, generally with the ability to work remotely 1 day per week.Specific duties Include:· Oversee and coordinate the day to day activities of the Office Administrator· Perform accounts receivable and payable activities· Liaise with our external accounting firm and payroll provider· Manage foreign exchange transactions (US currency)· Prepare invoicing and billing using Xero· Perform account reconciliation· Enter client data into a CRM system and generate reports· Conduct weekly bank deposits· Perform budget updates; create and maintain reports· Perform human resources administration, accounting administration and records managementREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE· Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in business administration, accounting, management or a related field· 10+ years of work experience in an administrative/customer service role with at least 5 years in an office management capacity· Basic understanding of accounting principles· Advanced computer skills (MS Office)· Experience using Xero and CRM systems considered an asset· Strong organizational and time management skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks while working independentlyIf you meet the above qualifications, and are interested in joining a team with an outstanding company culture, please submit your resume.
