Job Description : Job DescriptionSafe Umbrella is looking for a dedicated, efficient, goal-driven, and enthusiastic office manager to join our team.Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient/family requests in an efficient and professional mannerPerforming weekly inventory assessments of office supplies, including all paperwork. The office manager will take ownership of this responsibility to assure that all office supplies will be available when needed.Process clients intakes or referralsAdd new staff to the self-schedule appOrganize incoming documentation for the accountant and file flow sheets in client files.Maintain and organize client files- including the thinning of client files as needed.Coordinate the filing and updating of quality assurance information in the employee personnel files and within the company software package.Compilation of employee orientation packets, applications, client intake packets for case openings, and marketing packets for outside sales staff.Processing of application materials for field staff, performing reference check, and scheduling interviews for potential new hire candidates with appropriate Director or AdministratorPerform weekly office inventory of all supplies including marketing materials (rack cards and brochures) to ensure the Agency operates in an effective and efficient mannerParticipates in the interview and orientation process, including handbook review, badge creation, and processing the paperwork.Maintain, coordinate and update personnel files including performing required background checks for the company.Skills and qualifications Exceptional organizational skills.Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients/family, co-workers, referral sources, and outside agenciesOutstanding telephone and customer service skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlinesAbility to use excel spreadsheet and, Microsoft word.We thank all applicants.
