WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Office Manager
is responsible for providing a positive and professional experience for visitors, customers, clients, and potential employees, in person or on the telephone. Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers and visitors. The Office Manager will be responsible for the following:

Maintains electronic files and produces reports, and other administrative tasks.
Requires a broad understanding of organization operations, organizational procedures, and personnel.
Handling of confidential and sensitive material.
Assists in the organization and planning of company events.
Greets visitors, takes messages as necessary, or transfers calls to appropriate individuals.
Coordinates conferences, meetings, or special events.
Composes, types, and distributes regular correspondence.
Updates employee lists and files as needed.
Point of contact for maintenance for the office and the building.
Manages office space changes.
Arranges conferences, meetings, or travel reservations as needed.
Opens, reads, routes, and distributes incoming mail or other materials.
Orders and stocks all office supplies and supplies for the lunchrooms and break areas.
Conducts searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.

WHAT WE NEED

MUST-HAVES:

Minimum of two (2) years of general administrative experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Ability to consistently produce high-quality work in an open office environment without becoming distracted.
Excellent administrative skills.
