Job Description : Slifer Smith & Frampton is seeking an Office Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Roaring Fork Valley. If you are passionate about customer service and looking to gain experience in the real estate industry, we’d love to meet you!
The Office Marketing Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day operations of a high-end real estate office and supports brokers in the areas of marketing and administrative tasks while maintaining consistent, professional attendance and a cooperative attitude in working with external guests (clients/homeowners) and internal guests (brokers/marketing/support personnel). Responsibilities Include:
Utilize SSF Systems & Tools to Provide Broker Support

SSF Hub system:
CRM (Client Relationship Manager): Assist with campaigns, customizing dashboards and maintaining contacts.
Broker Sitelets – Assist brokers with maintaining and customizing their personal broker websites.
Marketing Requests – Submit all pre-templated marketing requests from checklists through the system with accurate information and by the deadlines (order photography etc.).
Property Search – Assist brokers with creating new Property searches and maintaining contact information.
Seller Property Reports – Setup reports for sellers to show listings specific web traffic, showings & marketing efforts.
MLS FLEX system:
Input listings into the Multiple Listing Service. This includes updates, changes, deletions as well as notifying brokers of listing expiration dates. Listing Input/Status Update sheets required.
Run and export property searches for brokers.
Setup showings and provide public and private detail sheets to brokers.
Setup new open houses for office listings.
CTM E-Contracts
Assist brokers in preparing real estate contracts, listing agreements, and any other documents related to these contracts. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of contract formats and language. Broker reviews and approves contracts.
Additional Marketing Support
Assist brokers in preparing materials for Listing Presentations.
Assist brokers with pre templated Marketing Assets, suggested marketing per price point, and administers ‘New Listing Checklists’.
Maintain Office New/Sold postcard program.
Assist brokers with placing newspaper and magazine ads.
Develop and maintain office walk-in packets and inventories.
Maintain office displays and flat screens, which may require traveling between offices.
Manage property photos and providing to Marketing Dept/Outside Vendors as needed.
Be proficient in creating and ordering printed products through Lucid press/Xpress Docs (using branded templates).
Create email/CRM blasts that adhere to SSF Branding Guidelines.
Provide showing instructions to all real estate brokers. Record name & company of broker in SSF Hub/MLS/Showing Time.
Record walk-in/call-in activity on the SSF Hub/Showing time.
Assist Branch Broker in the creation of the floor duty schedule (if applicable to office).
Assist branch broker with coordinating office meetings.
Ensure full confidentiality on all duties performed.

Coordinate flow of office

Carry out general office duties such as ordering of supplies and presentation of the office.
Perform first impression tasks including answering the phone, greeting visitors, taking messages and routing calls in a professional manner.
Operate and maintain office machines, including personal computer, a variety of computer software, color copier, postage machine.

Attend Training and Education Classes

Attend all employee meetings and report back all relevant information to offices.
Attend required training courses.

General Company Administration

Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance as per the Company Handbook. Adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
Assist in communicating and implementation of new company policies and procedures whereas relating to the day-to-day functions of brokers.
Maintain a cooperative attitude in working with the external guests (clients), internal guests (brokers), supervisors and homeowners.

Location: Slifer Smith & Frampton – Aspen, CO
Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round
Start Date: Spring (Flexible)
Pay Rate: $20 – $25 / hour, based on experience
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week

Minimum Requirements

Excellent customer service skills required.
Computer proficiency including using programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and other web-based software programs.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism.
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status to East West.
