Position : On Call Marine Security Officers
Job Description : Executive Security Service is recruiting for armed and unarmed Security officers to work on call providing security for foreign cargo ships along the Columbia River.Duties include access control of the vessel and foot patrol as well as verification of detained crew members.Job sites can range from Portland and Vancouver to Kalama and Longview, Washington. Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts and flexible with hours and day availability as assignment schedules frequently shift. Must also be comfortable working in groups of 2 to 4 security officers.If you have a flexible schedule and are looking to supplement your income, this is a great opportunity!!!You MUST currently have a DPSST License, and a TWIC card is preferred.Unarmed $25.00Armed $30.00Qualifications and Requirements:Ability to be able to effectively read, write and communicationAbility to work up to 12-hour shiftsProfessional attitude and appearanceReliable transportationFlexibility in scheduling to meet security needsJob Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourSchedule:12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityApplication Question(s):Must show proof of US Citizen (passport or Birth Certificate)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)License/Certification:DPSST current license (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
