Job Description : Onboarding Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading energy company to fill their open Onboarding Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources. This is a HYBRID REMOTE job opportunity meaning you will work partially from home using company-provided equipment and partially in the office in Downtown Denver. This is as DIRECT HIRE job opportunity. You will earn between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on your level of previous experience. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package including a potential yearly bonus and a 401(k) program with company match up to 4%.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding new employees across multiple locations
Entering and updating employee information in the HRIS
Collecting and processing all new hire paperwork and pre-employment documents
Communicating with hiring managers and office administrators to coordinate training, first day activities, etc.
Assisting with creating onboarding materials and informational documents
Conducting New Hire Orientation
All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
At least two years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Associate’s Degree or higher in a relevant field preferred but not required
Compensation:
Annual salary between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on your level of previous experience
Yearly bonus potential
Competitive benefits package including a 401(k) program with company match up to 4%
