You will be joining a small but mighty dispersed team working at the intersection of tech, e-commerce and art.About the position:For this unique and exciting position we are looking for someone that loves art and design, is optimistic, empathetic, and wants to take ownership of a role that will make a positive impact on the company and the lives of our artists.Skills/Characteristics:Excellent communication (both written and verbal)Good listener, empatheticConfident, high energyWorks independently, self starter, can prioritize tasksAbility to actively problem solve, weigh options and come up with solutionsComfort with spreadsheets and doing some basic analysis on project costsOrganized and efficientAttention to detailExperience with and comfort learning new software and applications: using all aspects of our site, excel, CRM software. Photoshop is a plus : )Experience in art and design is an asset, but not a requirementTasks:Communicate with collectors and interior designers (via email, chat and phone), providing order and shipment details as well as support.Work directly with our artists: communicating order details, as well as helping them optimize their accounts and listings.Owning both customer and artist happiness, building genuine relationships, as well as continuing our legacy of wonderful 5 star service: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/zatista.comEnsure smooth delivery of orders (troubleshooting issues as they arise with shippers and related parties)Managing logistics of larger orders (creating spreadsheets with items as well as pricing and delivery timelines)Building relationships and being a point of contact with our partnersWorking with collectors and artists to facilitate commissioned paintingsArt advisory: helping collectors select artwork for their homeLocation/Hours:Location: This is a remote position, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from wherever they wish.
