We’re not slowing down anytime soon. The only current bottleneck is this position.
What’s the gig?
We’re searching for an experienced Online Business Manager to help us make the most impactful training for our customers.

If you’re easily overwhelmed or uncomfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, this position won’t be a good fit for you.

This role will work closely with the CEO to execute on special projects in addition to the day-to-day operations.
The main outcomes for this position are:

Own the logistics of our online training.
Create simple processes around recurring projects in the business.
Identify and remove bottlenecks for the team to help them automate, delegate or outsource responsibilities so they can focus on their unique ability.
Ensure that critical projects stay on track.
Increase customer satisfaction and value from our training programs.
Take on key special projects with little to no guidance.

Above all, we expect you to be preemptive and proactive. Come prepared and aware of all the moving pieces and how to address them ahead of time.
