Daily, weekly, and monthly health checks, performance analysis, oversight, and presentation to executive management. The ideal operations manager will manage all projects related to Operations.Responsibilities: Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.Prepare weekly and monthly reports to executive managementSummarize, collect and analyze performance trends and data for regular performance reports.Project ManagementRequirements: 3+ years of experience in Operations or related fieldBachelor’s DegreeMust be very detailed orientedExcellent organizational and analytical abilitiesGood to excellent skills on excel, charts and graphsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $7,000.00 per monthAdditional pay:Bonus payBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s Degree (required)Experience:Operations or related: 3 years (preferred)Language:English (required)
