Job Description : About the Family:
This loving, easy-going, and venturesome family is relocating to Snowmass while they build their dream home in Texas! While Texas is home, this family has been involved in the Snowmass community for many years and they cannot wait to settle in for the foreseeable future. They love spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring all that Aspen/Snowmass has to offer.
*Mom and dad both work from home full-time. They will have dedicated office spaces to work from and hope to spend breaks and down-time with their son throughout the day.**Their little guy is 6-months old and a very happy, healthy baby. He is full of giggles, smiles and loves feeding time! He is currently breastfeeding as well as consuming purees and exploring solids. He is meeting all of his developmental milestones and is on a consistent napping schedule.**We can’t forget about the four-legged family members! Maggie, the beloved medium-sized goldendoodle will be in the home and does not require any care. (Maybe a few pets and treats here and there: )**The family has had a great experience with their first nanny in Texas and are eager to connect with another candidate that will become a part of their family long-term!**Schedule:
The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm with 40 hours being guaranteed weekly. While the schedule will be very consistent, candidates that have some flexibility with scheduling are ideal. This is a 6-month contracted position with the possibility of extension!**The ability to travel internationally is needed for this role and all expenses associated with travel will be covered. Trips to Cabo as well as Arizona during the winter months are in the works – who doesn’t want to go to the beach in the winter?!**Job Duties:
Typical nanny duties are expected: planning and implementing daily activities and routines for the child, preparing purees and other appropriate meals/snacks, assisting with cleaning bottles and pumping equipment, light tidying of the home (there is a housekeeper for deep cleaning!), dishes, and laundry. Candidates that are open to cooking basic family meals a few times per week would be lovely, but it is not necessary. Overall, the nanny should be eager to lend a helping hand wherever the family needs!*
*The Perfect Candidate Description:
Adventurous, proactive, loving, outgoing, and kind-hearted are all words this family would use to describe the perfect nanny. The most important factor in bringing a nanny into the home is the personality fit and how well the nanny can connect with not only their little one, but the family unit as a whole. They are seeking a flexible and reliable nanny that will bring positive and uplifting energy to the home daily.**Candidates will have prior long-term nannying experience (at least 2-years) with stellar references and must live within the Aspen Valley to be considered for this opportunity. Must be up to date on TDAP as well as COVID-19 vaccinations and ideally will have the flu-shot as well. CPR and First Aid certifications are required upon hire.*
*Pay & Benefits: This generous family is offering $25-$40/hour based on experience. They are willing to guarantee 40 hours per week for consistency and stability. Standard Federal Holidays will be paid off and they are offering additional paid time off with advanced notice!*Ideal Start Date: June 6th, 2022
