Position : Order Completion Specialist

Job Description : An Order Completion Specialist will verify patient’s credentials for completion of the sale and assist with obtaining necessary documentation from clinics and prescribers.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work incomplete file list consistently; Work every patient file fully; Obtain information needed to bill insurance.
· Handle all requests in Sales Support Inbox unless it is to reach out to a sales rep.
· Calling clinics or prescribers to complete orders.
· Manage all incoming patient documents for storage (Dropbox or ZBS file) and processing purposes, including scanning and converting files into PDFs.
· Save all order information received in an orderly fashion and access order information timely.
· Verify whether information on orders appears incorrect, incomplete or unreadable.
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent; college education beneficial.
