Delivery Drivers Needed to Join Our Team! Hiring Immediately!
$20.00/hour base rate!
This role is part-time: (Times may vary based on freight volumes)
Early Shift: Monday: 8:00am-2:00pm, Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm
Late Shift: Monday 2:00pm-8:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 3:00pm-9:00pm

Gateway Overnite is currently recruiting & hiring hardworking, reliable, and safe Van and Box truck delivery drivers to provide exceptional delivery service to local customers. This position is active, often strenuous, and will test the limits of your endurance, problem-solving and patience. Don’t worry, the Gateway team is here to help you!

Paid classroom training and training routes are provided prior to start

No CDL Required! The company provides vehicles!
Qualified Candidates Will:

Be safe, reliable, and Customer Obsessed!
Be age 21 or over.
Have a current driver’s license and be able to safely operate a van
Have a clean driving record and clean criminal background.
Be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen (this includes marijuana)
Be a team player, but also be able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
Be able to lift 60 lbs (most packages are less than 10 lbs), with or without accommodation.
Be able to climb flights of stairs each day.
Be able to overcome challenges and solve problems.
Be able to have fun and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Be resilient to day by day challenges and changes

Driver Experience: You will:

Loadout your van each morning
Deliver packages to houses, apartments, and businesses.
Often walk-up flights of stairs to deliver.
Drive vans averaging 120+ miles per day.
Make an average of 50-55 stops per day, yes only 50-55!!!
Be navigating via provided Road warrior routing app.
Encounter many happy DHL customers who are excited to receive their packages!

What You Can Expect:

A starting base rate of $20.00/hour
Bi-Weekly Pay
Paid training
Starter routes your first two weeks. (Limited stop count to 35 stops)
Opportunities to earn Increasing hourly rate with seniority and performance.
