Job Overview:
Salary: $18 – $20/hour
Wildpack Beverage is hiring a full-time hourly permanent Packer Associate, Co-Pack for our Production Team at our brand-new facility located in Longmont, CO. At Wildpack, we pride ourselves on the company culture we have and the fun and friendly environment that we work in.
Key Responsibilities:

Reports or records production and non-production data on designated forms in a timely, complete, and accurate manner
Ensure packaging is ready for production
Put together boxes/trays for cans to be shipped
Ensure manufacturing orders are completed and properly packaged
Stack pallets of cans to be shipped out
Maintain clean environment
Prioritize safety and quality
Ability to make decisions, problem solve and prioritize assignments
Work in a team environment to ensure all goals are met

Work Schedule:

8 hour shifts with the opportunity for overtime
Morning shift 8am-5pm
Afternoon shift 11am-7pm
Monday through Friday with periodic weekend work

Your Qualifications:

Strong planning, cleaning and organizational skills
Forklift operation experience would be a plus
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 21 years of age

Must have flexibility in scheduling for work shifts that start as early as 7am and goes as late as 11pm. Must be able to move and maneuver 50+lbs, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, twist and crouch repeatedly while working in a loud, fast paced environment.
