Job Description : Requirement· Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment (should have their own equipment).· Must have 5 years of experience (willing to provide photos and references of previous jobs).· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Exceptional customer service skills.· Highly organized and self-motivated.· Valid drivers’ licencesResponsibility· Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner.· Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (plaster)· Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper.· Floor and window covering· Conscientious with great attention to detail· Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies.· Follows all safety policies and procedures.Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, FreelanceContract length: 6 – 12 monthsPart-time hours: 20 – 40 per weekSalary: $20.00-$35.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:painting: 3 years (preferred)Construction Painters: 3 years (preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (preferred)
