Job Description : Full-time Paralegal position with UCHealth. The Paralegal role performs paralegal functions in support of assigned attorneys and staff. Reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Primary board assistant for the UCHealth Board. Coordinates with corporate registered agent and board assistants for individual hospital boards, and is point person for a wide range of corporate and governance matters.
Drafts board/committee minutes, tracks and maintains board resolution indices, and updates master lists of board members and meetings. Supports transaction team and drafts standard corporate agreements.
Reviews, analyzes, and prepares documents, including correspondence, regulatory/compliance documents, contracts, and reports.
Implements, develops, and/or maintains departmental databases, including a document tracking database, and databases for forms, contracts, compliance, research, and billing.

Requirements:

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Required Licensure/Certification: None Required. Preferred: Paralegal certificate.
Minimum Experience preferred – Paralegal or Equivalent experience.

The pay range for this position is: $25.80 – $38.70 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
