PART-TIME ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK DETAILS:

Pay:

$18 – $20
Depending on experience

Shift:

Monday – Friday
20 – 30 hours a week
Working from home most days but must be able to train and come into
office when needed

Details:

Processing accounts payable and receivable
Working within different computer systems all day for entire shift
Processing payroll
Answering customer phones calls and emails

PART-TIME ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 2+ years of related experience
Must be able to use various computer and data entry systems
Experience with Quickbooks is preferred but not required
Must be able to multitask on a daily basis
Attention to detail while also working within timeframes and
deadlines

Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
