Our bakery is located at 2095 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga is currently recruiting for Part-Time General Help – Packer – Day Shift. Starting rate $18/hour. This position operates on 12-hour continental shift schedule without rotation, which means first week comes with 4 days work and next 3 days off and following week 3 days work then 4 days off.
Job Title – Part-Time General Help Continental Day Shift
Responsibilities
Performing general help duties through the facility, including but not limited to packing bread, QA inspection, sanitation, etc.
Safely perform duties as assigned within production lines; may include packaging, sorting, picking etc
Pack fresh product into bags and boxes.
Ensure quality of product is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Other labour duties as needed
Requirements:
Lifting required up to 50 lbs
Maintain productivity in a fast paced operation
Good verbal and written communication skills
Understand and apply standard practice instructions
Attention to detail. Good organizational skills.
Must be a team player.
Adheres to all safety and good manufacturing practices
Must be available full time and able to perform during long hours of shift.
