Job Description : Join our team! Healthy Is Wellness, LLC is now accepting applications for a part-time Health Coach in Bozeman, Montana. This position will average 20 hours per week, as you begin your health coaching journey.Healthy Is Wellness, LLC is a fast growing corporate wellness company that utilizes high levels of engagement, convenience of use, and subjective & objective check-ins to facilitate experiences that lead to lasting changes in health behaviors. We also train health coaches to facilitate the “Healthy Is Wellness” solutions program.Interested in being a Health Coach? Healthy Is Wellness is looking for enthusiastic individuals that are excited about changing people’s lives through health and wellness. Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the past or future. Coaching is about unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance.What does a health coach do?Your role as a Health Coach will be to empower the clients we work with to take control of their health. Health coaches guide clients through the process of health screening, breaking down their results, discussing barriers to changing health behaviors, and presenting the “Healthy Is Wellness” monthly challenges. You will be trained through the Healthy Is Wellness methodology and curriculum, and your job will be to implement our strategies within the HIW guidelines.Additional Responsibilities IncludeInteracting with existing Healthy Is Wellness clients.Motivating clients through one on one coaching to achieve health goals.Physical set up and break down of equipment and supplies.Participating in Healthy Is Wellness continuing education.Reading and helping clients understand health screening results.Guiding clients through check-in and health screening processes.Trouble shooting Healthy Is Wellness equipment.Education, Training, and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAssociates or Bachelors Degree PreferredValid Driver License with Clean Driving recordNo previous experience in health and wellness field requiredIdeal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated to help others, have a desire to learn and have great interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours Monday- FridayPhysical RequirementsAll positions at Healthy Is Wellness require the ability to move about inside an office environment which includes the operation of computers and other office productivity machinery and frequently communicates with other employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.This position specifically requires ability to bend and squat for brief amounts of time. Ability to lift and push 40+ lbs.Working ConditionsThis position will take place primarily in an mobile office (inside/outside) or office setting.This position will require travel within the North Central Montana area.Healthy Is Wellness HR department will be reviewing applications upon closure of this job posting on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
