Position : PART-TIME OFFICE ADMIN/ASSISTANT

Job Description : This position is part-time, 20 hours per week at our Golden Construction Office. The position requires previous construction related office experience.

Support the CFO, Owners, and other company personnel with a wide variety of tasks including transactional processing (accounts payable data entry, various Excel worksheet data entry and extensive saving and filing of project, accounting and other company documents).
Communicate with outside vendors and subcontractors as required (both written and verbal).
Answer company phones and direct all calls as needed.
Report and assist the company accounting and operations departments.·
Assist in automated Payroll process each week.
Work with others to complete annual accounting tasks for audits and tax preparation.
Effectively communicate with peers, customers, leadership, and division personnel to facilitate informed decision making.
Other projects as assigned to meet company needs.
This position requires previous computer experience with organizing, saving and filing of documents, Microsoft Office to include; Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
