Job Description : The Managing Partner leads the operation of a single restaurant. This includes all facets of restaurant operations, front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house, in addition to managing P&L cost centers. The Managing Partner is the face of Roy’s in our communities and is a key position in delivering on the Roy’s experience.

Prior experience as Restaurant Managing Partner, Restaurant general Manager, GM, restaurant manager, restaurant partner highly desirable.
3+ years progressive experience in General Manager level position managing polished casual/fine dining restaurant.
Four (4) year degree in a relevant industry (e.g. Hotel/Restaurant Management).
Prior experience working in a large, multi-unit corporate environment preferred.
Exceptional people and development skills. Proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching, and managing talent.
Must be self-motivated, results driven, able to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment, flexible, willingness to understand the business, and possesses proven organizational and critical thinking skills.
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Must be extremely flexible and have the ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Prior experience as Restaurant Managing Partner, Restaurant general Manager,GM, restaurant manager, restaurant partner highly desirable.
