Job Description : This position is one of the most fun in any dealership. Our parts accessory sales associates are a vital part of the Bretz team making sure customers are set for success and on the path to their ideal camping experience. In this role you get to teach people how to use their new RV or boat and then outfit them with accessories to help make their experience more enjoyable. If you have RV knowledge or experience and want to enjoy the benefits of working for a family owned company, we encourage you to apply!What We Need You To Bring To WorkSales experience a plus but not requiredPrior knowledge of the RV industryPositive attitudeExcellent customer service skillsReliabilityEffective CommunicationJob ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist the retail guest promptly, providing excellent customer serviceProvide customers with New & Used RV and Boat orientationsEffectively communicate with customers to help make their experience enjoyableStay up to date on products and services offered by Bretz RV and MarineEnsure the parts department is kept clean, organized and stocked maintaining merchandise displaysSkillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMaintain focus and organizationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamScheduleFull-timeSchedules varyOvertime availableMust be willing to work some SaturdaysEducation, Experience, and Licensing RequirementsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious experience in sales, retail, parts, or accessories of any type is preferred, but not requiredOn-site training provided to prepare you with the skills and knowledge needed to be successfulCompensationHourly + Commission, Ranging from 35,000 – 55,000 annually.
