Including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, aircraft servicing, driving motorized equipment, and cleaning of aircraft interiors.Passenger Service Agents: Meet and greet ticketed airline passengers and provide check-in, reservation, and boarding assistance at the ticket counter, self-service kiosks and gate area. Passenger Service Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions regarding flight schedules, fares, refunds, standbys and luggage.
