Come help us deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests through a memorable experience.Priority given to candidates able to work mid-April/May 1 until November 5 with some spaces from mid-May/June 1 – September/October.The Pastry Chef will be responsible, with their assistant, for production of: breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts. The ability to produce high quantities of exceptional product is key. With 100 guests eating 3 meals a day and another 100 staff there is a lot coming out of the bake shop. Due to our high return rate for guests many of our desserts are expected but there is the ability to add creativity and new items over time.
