Position : Patient Access Representative
Job Description : Responsibilities
Managing front desk operations such as answering telephone, patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and administrative duties such as scanning documents and maintaining organization of front office operations
Manages clinic operations: communications, policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, workflow, medical and office supplies, and employee relations
Cash handling, deposits, AP/AR using QuickBooks
Monitoring & management of Electronic Medical/Health Records (EPIC & ECW)
Customer service & patient satisfaction
Oversee agency management of employee health and benefits plans
Participate in hiring and training process with leadership staff
Conduct staff meetings, employee performance appraisal & reviews
Skills & Experience * Use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office applications (ex: Excel & Word)
Multitasking in a fast paced environment
Operating office equipment (ex: fax and scanner)Benefits offered:
