Maintains a positive patient experience by ensuring proper check-in, registration, and communicating insurance coverage.Education and/or Experience Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar position, requiredPrevious customer service experience in a healthcare environment with use of EMR, requiredWorking knowledge of health insurance and medical coverageWorking knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA lawsPay and Benefits: $20.00-$25.00+ / hour depending on years of experiencePlus generous Employee Profit Sharing Bonuses, paid quarterly*THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE FOR A SIGNING BONUS*Candidates who progress to “Hired” in March 2022 qualify for a $1000 signing bonus.*Additional details apply and can be provided at request. Must be comfortable working in a fast pace, high-volume clinic while maintaining the ability to multi-task accurately while completing patient registration, collecting payments, navigating the EMR, and performing regular office duties.
