You will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company as will act as an administrative partner to employees and management. This individual will play a key role in facilitating a positive, consistent employee experience within Indellient throughout the entire employee life cycle.If you are someone who is passionate about the employee experience this role is for you! Most importantly, you enjoy coming up with smart solutions for challenging problems that will positively impact the company and our team while having fun along the way!How you will make an impact: Recruitment: Support recruitment activities with scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and acting as an ambassador to candidates through delivering an amazing candidate experience.Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with the pre-boarding and onboarding including gathering new hire paperwork and answering questions from new hire. Facilitate the onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure they feel engaged, valued, and educated on the organizational structure and values.Event Coordination: Spearhead the planning and logistics for team and office events that will have both in person and virtual components.Employee Experience: Own the in-office employee experience for those working from our Oakville office. Support HR in creating a great virtual experience for our remote employees.Office Management: Coordinate employees’ return to physical office, according to company protocol. Execute on multiple aspects of our office management strategy, which includes managing our hot desk, hoteling, and visitor management systems. Manage vendors and office supplies.Benefits Administration: Enroll employees into our benefits programs and be the first point of contact on any benefits related inquiries.HR & Office Administration: Perform administrative duties including but not limited to employee file organization, processing invoices, maintain and update Intranet and HR sections of our confluence workspace. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and support other functions as required.What you will need to succeed: Experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources / administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesUnderstanding of Human Resources Policies and ProceduresAble to communicate effectively at all levels within the company, both internally and externally, maintaining effective and collaborative relationshipsPossess high attention to detail, consistently producing work of high quality and standardsMaintain a high duty of care to keep highly sensitive and confidential information private, acting with honesty, integrity, and credibility at all timesExcellent communications skills (both verbal and written)Ability to multitask and meet multiple or unexpected deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of employment legislation (Employment Standards Act) and the Occupational Health and Safety ActProficient with Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude to learn other company software as requiredWhy work with us?Great people.
