Granite Technology Solutions is a Montana based company with locations in Bozeman, Missoula, and Kalispell. Founded in 2000, we employ thirty plus individuals, and have an established customer base of approximately 1200 businesses. We are a full-service technology company focusing on information technology systems and networks, low-voltage structured cabling and fiber optics, phone systems, surveillance camera systems, and door access systems. We are looking for an Associate Voice Technician to help our company grow and serve our customers.Our Ideal CandidateThe Associate Voice Technician is a formal way of saying we’re looking for someone to help us install and maintain client phone projects and systems. We appreciate candidates with previous experience, but it is not required. First and foremost, we are seeking people who like technology, cutting edge communication tools, and providing top notch customer service. We also want someone who is able to remotely speak with our customers and resolving any issues they may have with their phone system.Job Duties·Installs, maintains, and repairs a client’s phone system hardware issues, applications, operating systems, network issues, and cabling under direct supervision.·Performs and verifies phone system server backups, system administration, and maintenance.· Appropriately documents work and phone system/network configurations.· Achieves and enters 50-75% average billable time and handles additional IT projects as requested.Additional Qualifications·Our Associate Voice Technician’s achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.· Our employees excel in their abilities to effectively communicate one-on-one with our clients.· You must have a knack for quickly obtaining technical skills and gain the necessary knowledge in phone system communications systems and telecommunication to do your job well.· One year of experience preferred, but not required.· Overtime may be required on short notice and weekend work.
