Job Description : We are the largest supplier of organic soil amendments in Western Colorado and pride our ourselves on having amazing hand made products. We strive to constantly improve our processes and quality of life for our employees.

Job Summary:
To manage, improve and maintain processes and people in our Soil production facility. This includes making sure the crew is lined out daily, controlling all inventory in and out of the building, making sure all products are being made correctly and constantly improving processes.
Requirements:
Proficient in computer use
Experience in managing people and personalities
Familiar with manufacturing concepts and work flows
Leadership skills
High level attention to detail
Understanding of systematic processes
Familiar with 5S Lean workplaces
Desire to constantly uphold Kaizen ideals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
