Position : Porter Day Shift- Sierra Vista

Job Description : The Day Porter performs manual labor associated with a variety of cleaning duties, removing trash, and pressure washing. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. The performance of these duties will be 2x per week, from 8am-10am located at: 2270 E Fry Blvd. Sierra Vista, AZ

Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sidewalk/Building Exterior Areas:
Police sidewalks to remove trash, clean spills, sweep away rocks
Sweep business entrances as needed looking out for cobwebs/dust mullions on exteriors of all
Remove trash and reline receptacles
Wipe down trash receptacles
Wipe down mailboxes
Remove cigarette butts from urns and replenish sand as needed

Other Responsibilities to Include:
Check buildings and sidewalks for any maintenance issues or concerns
Report any concerns or needs for further services

Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength
Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment
Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions in the performance of the job
Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisor and fellow workers
Spearhead specialized projects which may or may not be directly related to cleaning.
Knowledge in floor care for both carpet and hard floor
Perform equipment and supply inventory at facility location
