Position : Practice Administrator

Job Description : The Physician Practice Administrator is responsible for providing oversight and leadership management for key services for the Great Falls Clinic (GFC) operations and reports to the CEO of the Network. They will ensure physician activities are aligned with the system’s organizational goals and objectives. The Administrator reinforces compliance with legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including financial performance and excellent patient care services. This position oversees the performance of quality service delivery, quality improvement initiatives and ensuring efficient operational and delivery of services within various service lines. The Administrator is responsible for delivering the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, with every visit.
EDUCATION:
Master’s degree required Required
EXPERIENCE:
10 years in Healthcare with experience in Healthcare Administration. Hospital/Clinic experience is a must. 5 years’ experience with physician practices. Experience in a physician organization or clinical practice setting with multi-specialty experience.

Competency in Physician Practice Information Systems and Electronic Medical Records.
Extensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agency requirements that impact department; stays abreast of industry changes
Demonstrates highly effective communication skills strong written communications and platform presentation abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in the workplace
Capable of leading teams/facilitating groups, building consensus and garnering highest confidence in professionalism and work product by senior leadership
Ability to work under pressure and balance many competing priorities; highly responsive and solution/action oriented
Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software
Maintains a positive and supportive attitude and demeanor
Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information
Skilled in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures.
Skilled in problem solving, critical thinking and decision making.
Skilled in leadership and team building.
Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies.
Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding.
