Job Description : In a new executive leadership position created to ensure the successful realization of these strategic growth goals and opportunities, the President, in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, will lead and oversee the development and implementation of a robust, highly disciplined, and scalable operating platform. They will establish processes and systems that drive and promote productivity and a patient-first culture across the multi-site network,enabling a high level of sustainable growth and a seamless integration of newly acquired clinics and their staff and patients.Results-oriented and an engaging people leader, the President will lead, develop, and energize a high-performing leadership team across clinic and corporate operations including human resources, finance, IT, and medical affairs, and nurture a positive working culture of accountability, loyalty, and collaboration centredaround the patient experience.Main Responsibilities Champion and promote a firm commitment to service, engagement, and collaboration, nurturing internally a positive and engaging working environment for all employees, and externally bringing to life Pain Care Clinics’ reputation for high quality care and service amongst all patients and across allclinics.Manage the day-to-day operations across the entire platform, promoting and imbedding a commitment to excellence in customer service and consistent 5-star level of service in all clinics.Measure, report on, and assume accountability for financial targets and the Company’s operating performance.Continually improve the Company’s operating systems and processes to support disciplined growth, patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.Develop KPIs and business scorecards and implement sustainable strategies to achieve short- and long-term operational and financial goals.Stay abreast of industry developments, trends and best practices to keep Pain Care Clinics at theforefront of chronic pain treatment services.Measure and identify trends in performance from both reporting and on-the-ground observationsBuild remediation plans where necessary to ensure clinics are meeting or exceeding projections and patient experience standards.Manage talent by ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development and training, and employee engagement and retention.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $150,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Experience:Senior Management Occupations: 10 years (preferred)
