Job Description : PRIVATE PROPERTY IMPOUND TOW TRUCK DRIVER/OPERATOR
We are looking for full-time Private Property Impound (PPI) Tow Truck Driver/Operators to add to our team. If you enjoy driving, helping others by providing great customer service, can communicate well and are looking for an opportunity with an uncapped earning potential, this position is for you!
WHO IS ALL CITY TOWING?
We are an innovative 25-year old company whose goal is to raise the standards inside our industry while being able to provide prompt and professional services to our customers.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A PPI TOW TRUCK DRIVER/OPERATOR?
Towing experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. The following would be required to drive with us:

Must be 21 years or older
Have a valid Arizona Driver License or ability to obtain Arizona Driver License
Ability to navigate the city on major roadways without GPS support
Ability to work outdoors in all weather elements
Willingness to learn and take direction
Safety conscious
Professionalism

JOB DUTIES
Some job duties include but are not limited to:

Lifting 10-50lbs frequently, depending on equipment needed, for tow or recovery
Kneeling or laying on ground to locate proper hook points
Safely operating tow truck for tow or recovery
Providing excellent customer service when interacting with those on scene or within our company
Working as part of a team to get the job completed
Using critical thinking to problem solve accident scenes with the tow truck and equipment limits in mind
Backing up tow truck frequently with a vehicle on deck and another on the stinger

You will get paid hourly or per tow – whichever of the two is larger, and pay is uncapped. Not to mention, all training is paid and we offer full benefits after just 60 days of employment. After 90 days you will be eligible for vacation and paid sick leave too!
