Position : Procurement Manager
Job Description : Full-time Procurement Manager needed in Brighton Colorado.
Total Compensation: $115K – $135K
Our client is a leading manufacturer with multiple sites throughout the United States. As they continue to grow and expand, they find themselves in need of a full-time Procurement Manager for the Brighton, CO site.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and implement short- and long-term goals, strategic plans, policies for the site to ensure success with creating/placing/ and managing all purchase orders.
· Work with pre-existing vendors and contractors to establish standard operating systems
· Negotiate new contracts and pricing with suppliers/vendors
· Establish competitive bids and bidding process.
· Leverage relationships with current and new suppliers to bring additional savings to the bottom line.
· Implement inventory control programs without compromising material availability.
· Optimize utilization of ERP/MRP systems.
· Consolidate, analyze and report of procurement metrics for business review.
· Develop proactive risk analyses to protect against any supply interruptions.
Compensation
Our client offers a base compensation plus bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.
Salary: $105K – $115K
Bonus: $10K – $20K
Total Compensation: $115K – $135K
