The Position: Production Operator
Openings may vary based upon internal employee moves and external hiring
Alternating Work Weeks of 36 and 48 Hours
Shift D: Friday – Sunday and every other Thursday 6PM-630AM
Shift C: Friday – Sunday and every other Thursday 6AM-630PM
Shift B: Monday – Wednesday and every other Thursday 6PM-630AM
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to
Job Requirements:
Manufacture and produce various outdoor shooting sports products.
Evaluate and solve production problems and contribute to improvement of the processes.
Work and function successfully in a team/cell environment.
Must be able to multitask.
Rotate through various workstations/cross-training to foster workforce flexibility.
Perform tasks including assembly, machine operation, quality inspection and packaging of product.
Follow work and job instructions to meet productivity and quality expectations
Ability to work independently and maintain a positive work ethic.
Responsible for adherence to Quality Specifications for all products.
Maintain a clean work area and be responsible for end of day cleaning.
And any other duties assigned by your supervisor or lead
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
Preferred one year experience in manufacturing and/or assembly line or related production
Required to sit or stand and move about the facility and do so for up to 12 hours per shift depending upon business need.
Continuous use of both hands for both fine motor and gross motor processes.
Perform repetitive motion tasks
Must be able to bend, twist and squat numerous times daily.
Must be able to frequently lift and carry 0 to 35 lbs. daily, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifting of 50 plus lbs. required with assistance.
