Job Description : Become a part of our team manufacturing Law Enforcement Helmets. We have been in business for 54 years and offer full time steady year round long term employment. We are a very busy fast paced custom manufacturing company looking for painters to join our team. Applicant will need a firm knowledge of spray-painting 2 stage paints with a Class “A” finish. We will strongly consider the right individual wanting to increase their job skills and fully train to become an industrial production painter. This is NOT a house painter position. Full time position Monday – Thursday 7:30-5:00. Friday 7:30 – 11:30. Paid time off, vacation, and overtime available. Great opportunity for the right persons. Job location in Evergreen, Colorado.
$750.00 sign-on bonus for full time employees paid after 90 days.
Job Duties:

Reviews Production Orders to ensure familiarization with requirements of the job.
Mixes appropriate quantity of paint for the order, ensuring that the paint is properly mixed as indicated by local conditions and matching paint chips or samples if required.
May mask and sand parts as required prior to applying coatings. Removes masking materials after completion of drying cycle.
Sprays products as required, ensuring that paint coating is applied in a manner consistent with company quality standard sand customer requirements.
Maintains an adequate inventory of paint products, and notifies the designated Supervisor of the need to reorder additional materials.
Ensures that all department equipment is maintained and cleaned in an adequate manner.
Maintains awareness of the means by which process improvements can be achieved, and makes related recommendations to the department Supervisor.
Completes records of part progress in production.
Constantly wears company provided PPE.
Maintains the department in a neat and orderly manner at all times, cleaning air filters and exhaust system as required.
This is strenuous work requiring the use of both hands, both arms, twisting, bending, lifting, excellent vision and standing in a production environment
