Kelly Services has a terrific opportunity to grow your manufacturing career as a Production Scheduler.
Job Description
Review all jobs in Pending Sales/Backlog daily
Review all jobs to insure that they are filled out completely and are not missing any details.
Schedule Jobs according to staffing capabilities.
Notify sales if job ship dates do not work with schedule capabilities
Print out work orders for Cell departments when work orders are missing
Communicate with Sales when Team Leads have issues with work orders
Review all invoiced jobs compared to the schedule to issue that everything was shipped. If items are missing from work order, place on backlog or do not close out the job. Leave the department need on the schedule
Review all Off the Shelf items twice a week with small packaging to insure they have work orders needed to ship out.
Reply to all Sales emails regarding status updates, jobs ship dates being adjusted.
Update inter-company Google Doc with status updates on production updates
