Job Description : Production Supervisor Needed – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Overnight Shift – Packaging Manufacturing

We are an innovative leader in the Environmentally Friendly Packaging Products Industry seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our winning team in Chandler, AZ, and manage our Overnight Shift.

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in a high volume manufacturing environment
Will be a strong leader familiar with developing productive and motivated teams
Pulp and paper and/or packaging manufacturing knowledge is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (not required)
Must be open to working our Overnight Shift – B (6PM-6AM, Thursday-Saturday, and every other Wednesday)

The starting base pay range is $85K-$95K (doe) plus benefits and incentives.
