Process daily volume for multiple tasks; maintaining the TATs and SLAs for Notional Operations. Primary focus will be with the RRA product, while supporting and backing up the Notional line of business also. Achieve a quality score of 97% or higher. Work productively, while maintaining a productivity score of 75% or higher.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am – 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.

Death of a Consumer (RRA – DOD)

ISET Task Work Closures & Reroutes
Power of Attorney / Estate Docs
Profile Changes – RRA Consumer only
Rollovers (Balance)
RRA Eligibility (RRA Only)
RRA Inbox (email communications)
Status Changes
Subsidy Process – Delta (RRA Only)
Terminations (Employer)
Wired Commute

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ year of experience with an intermediate (or higher) level of proficiency with Windows applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $17.12 – $30.34. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $18.80 – $33.41.
